Creating an environment where women of all ages, shapes and cultural backgrounds can get fit and have fun doing it. A place to unload and laugh but at the same time reach and achieve goals.
Inspire and motivate women by providing a fun an innovative alternative to exercise, so that they are able to create positive changes within themselves, both physically and mentally.

FEES

Camps run in 4 week cycles

4 SESSIONS P/C

Up to 4 Sessions per camp.

Use your sessions as per your schedule during the duration of the 4 weeks. 

You can come to both Morning & Evening Classes to make up your sessions.

(1 session per week)

*Sessions cannot be carried over to another camp.*

8-12 SESSIONS P/C

Up to 12 Sessions per camp.
Use your sessions as per your schedule during the duration of the 4 weeks. 
You can come to both Morning & Evening Classes to make up your sessions.
(2-3 sessions per week)

16-20 SESSIONS P/C

BOOTCAMP INFO

CHARLO PRIMARY SCHOOL  

CHARLO - Close to Lorraine & Walmer

Miles Road, Charlo, Port Elizabeth

Camps takes place Monday through to Friday, over a 4 week period, in the early evening and Monday, Wednesday & Friday early morning.
Each training session will be 45min - an hour long consisting of a warm up and cool down and stretching.
Ladies can choose the option to attend 16-20 sessions per camp or 8-12 sessions per camp or 4 sessions per camp (1 x a week), which you can mix and match to suit your schedule. Sessions cannot be carried over to another camp.
All classes take place outdoors.
Exercises include circuits, core conditioning, cardio, games,weights and much more.
No two days are alike and ladies never get bored, ensuring they stick to the full
programme and achieve great results.
Teamwork is the keyword and everyone encourages each other to do their best.
We cater to women of all fitness levels and everyone trains at their own pace.
Social environment where you make new friends.
Ladies need to bring their own mat and set of dumbbells 1-4kg ea as well as water bottle to stay hydrated.
Please note that children are not allowed during bootcamp, ladies this is your time....

THURSDAY - FULL BODY

1 CLASS: Evening 17:30pm

FRIDAY - UPPERBODY & CORE

2 CLASSES: Morning 5:00am & Evening 17:30pm

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Sessions are booked and paid for on a camp to camp basis - No Contracts.

  • Payment and proof of payment must be sent through preferably a week before the start of a new month / camp.

  • Should you sign up within/after the start of a month/camp, payment is due immediately in order to guarantee your spot.

  • If you cannot complete a full month/ camp for whatever reason, no refunds or prorates for the classes not attended will be granted.

  • Sessions missed can NOT be carried over to the next moth / camp.

  • Ladies Boot camp is closed on Public Holidays.

  • Please note that children and pets are not allowed at camp.

  • Girls from the age of 16 may sign up and participate in the camp.
